The Staff Selection Commission will conduct Computer based written examination for the Recruitment of temporary Constables (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police-2020 the details of which are as under:-

RESERVATION POLICY.

1. Vacancies in a recruitment year shall be reserved as follows:-
   1. 15% for Scheduled Caste candidates.
   2. 7%% for Scheduled Tribe candidates.
   3. 27% for OBC candidates as per Central List and List issued by the
   4. Govt. of NCTof Delhi.
   5. 10 % for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs).
2. Also, there is a provision for the following reservations:-
   10% for Ex-servicemen candidates as per rule. Out of the 10% quota meant for Ex-servicemen, half, i.e. 50% of such quota, will be reserved for the following categories:-
   1. Having served in the special forces/ NSG (Special Action Group) or;
   2. Having received a Qualified Instructors’ grading in the Commando course or;
   3. Officers from the Navy

Pay Scale :-

Pay Scale of PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level–03) and other allowances as admissible.

Age Limit :-

The age limit for Constable (Executive) as on 01.07.2020 will be :

Age limit for the post of Constable (Exe) is 18-25 years.

Category-Codes and age relaxation available to different categories of eligible candidates.

Educational Qualification of Delhi Police Constable :-

10+ 2 (Senior Secondary) pass from a recognized Board, on the closing
date of receipt of online applications.

Relax-able up to 11th pass only for:
(i) Bandsmen, buglers, mounted constables, drivers, dispatch riders, etc. of
Delhi Police only.
(ii) Sons of serving, deceased, retired police personnel including Multi Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motor cycle or
Car) for the post of Constable (Executive) Male in Delhi Police as on the date of PE&MT.
Note: Learner License is not acceptable.

Application Fee :-

Mode of payment of fee payable Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). Fee paid in respect of online applications through SBI Challan/Net banking and any credit and debit cards will be accepted.

• Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, and Scheduled Tribes and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee, as per rules/instructions of Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
